Originally, it was a gamble to stay at Phuang’s house. At first, I preferred to a five-star hotel because of my first visit to Vietnam. However, my original thought changed as soon as I arrived at Phuang’s house. First of all, accommodation wise, the lake view fascinated my family because of its beauty. Second, the staff at Phuang's house was fantastic. Staff member Ngan helped check and confirm all of my vacation plans. Another staff member by the name of Brian arrived at the airport late at night to pick us up. Finally, another female staff member helped me sort out all of my serious problems that were related to my airline and plane ticket. Thanks to all of staff and the beautiful view, I strongly recommend people to my review and visit Phuang's house. I was very very satisfied with the service, facility, and lake view overlooking Phuang’s house.

This tranquil place is luxurious, well designed and located at prime location in Hanoi. The apartment spans the whole floor looking down Westlake. I love every details of it: bed room lighting, motorized blinds, paintings, transparent balcony, lake view... I took my extended family here and they loved it as well. It's a good break from living in the other buzzing streets of Hanoi. Phuong's staff is top-notch. Very accommodating for my family's need. It's kids friendly as well. My son loves running inside the house :).

Beautiful apartment with amazing views. Phuong was super helpful. Apartment is about 10 minute cab ride from the old district but the immediate area has a ton of bars and restaurants. The hot water was not turned on and after a long flight that was disappointing. Even after a hour of being on the water was still only just warm. The next morning the water was fine.
