We had a great time! Strong points: * clean place; * greatly equipped house - everything we could possibly want in the kitchen, we had (sharp chef knife, vegetable peeler, even the barbecue coals were there); * surrounded by green grass and vegetation (the old olive tree next to the beach is a great oasis during the hot hours); * short distance to the beach - you can leave the house in you bathing suit; * relatively private beach - you probably won't see more than 2-10 people around you; * 3 m deep swimming pool with salted water and a smaller poll with jacuzzi (also, it's fit for kids), both surrounded by a small fence to prevent accidental falls; also, the pavement is non slippery around the pools; * the distance to Nea Skioni makes a great walk (60 min) during the evening (if you're going to eat a lot of ice cream and portokalopita, at least work for it!); * secure place - private parking in the yard, behind secure gates; * accessibility: two of the rooms are on the ground floor, there is no need to climb stairs; * no TV in the bedrooms (only one TV in the living/dining area) - the vacation is a great opportunity to disconnect from TV or maybe you want to keep small kids away from it. Possible weak points: * the beach has pebble stones at the entrance (but after you enter the water, there is sand); maybe get pair of aqua shoes if you're sensitive to those; * the baths from 1st and 2nd floor are quite small; * there is no AC in two of the rooms (if you want to cool, you must leave the door open and the AC from the living/dining area turned on); * only one TV in the dining area.

We stayed 10 days in this accommodation. 5 adults + 2 children. It was enough space for all of us. The House has very clean and tidy. Two pools: big one (with the salty water and warm), smaller (not salty and cooler). There were enough sunchairs, and beach towels included. The beach was nice, with pebbles, and the sea clean. We have enjoyed snorkeling. Near accommodation is a nice taverna (the staff speaks English and German) with decent prices. We had our own grill place. Each rental unite has its own grill place + two additional on the property. There are two elderly men who live there and supervise. They can't speak English so the communication is possible only in Greek or through a translation app or with the owner. Important to know is that there are staircases in the house because of the 2 levels, they could be steep for children or elderly person but the ground level has 2 bedrooms so it shouldn't be a problem. We really LOVED it here and would like to come back again.
