Alma's place was exactly as we expected and looked just like the photos. It was clean, beautiful on the inside & outdoor areas, and was spacious for all our guests. It's located right on the KOVAY Gardens property, so you have access to the beach, pools, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again - we didn't want to leave!

I have to, first and foremost, say that Alma, Isabella, the daily house cleaner & the Chefs, and massage therapist that Alma lined up for us were absolutely wonderful. That being said, I cannot say that we got what we thought we were getting at all, in terms of the house and overall Vallarta Gardens property. The villa did not have a clean or working hot tub on the roof top as shown in the Airbnb listing. There was no clean or working jet tub on the master deck as listed and shown. We did not have hot water for the 1st 4 days of our vacation in the villa. They had to replace the hot water heater while we were there. We had a broken coffee maker that was finally made right by Isabella, our cleaning lady. We had no amenities at Vallarta Gardens as described such as the exercise room or a spa(not built). We were treated differently at the restaurants at the hotel as well, during different times of our stay. We were not able to use certain areas of Vallarta Gardens at all.

Alma was the best thing about the whole experience very responsive and helpful. The beach was actually a bay and very dirty and because we had multiple people it was difficult to transport everyone to a nice beach. There was a lot of construction and we did not have hot water for several days. Although Alma was very helpful with maintenance there was just not an adequate hot water supply criticism was the beach area and distance from activities.

Pásanos unas muy lindas vacaciones . La casa espectacular tal como se muestra en las fotos. El servicio del aseo también impecable y contratamos por medio de Alma una cocinera que también fue excelente. El servicio de Alma para responder todas las dudas es más que excelente súper rápido y muy muy atenta . Siempre estuvo muy al pendiente de nosotros resolviendo todo con muchísima rapidez. El lugar donde esta la casa es muy tranquilo, las albercas muy buenas, la playa privada muy tranquila tmb y el restaurante y el servicio de meseros muy bueno. La pasamos muy padre definitivo un lugar donde regresaríamos .

Loved our stay! It is connected to Vallarta Gardens so you have access to the resort pools and restaurants. Location is great for day trips into PV or Sayulita, etc. Alma was very responsive and helpful. Would book again!
