Beautiful villa with view of the Tanneron, air-conditioned, with private swimming pool, not overlooked, secure, south-facing terrace with barbecue, 3 bedrooms with double beds, kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped, wifi. 5 mins from Pegomas, 15 mins from Cannes, 10 mins from Mandelieu la Napoule and 10 mins from Grasse. Quietly located in Auribeau sur Siagne, this pretty 90m2 villa benefits from many very friendly living spaces to spend your family holidays! In the middle of greenery, in complete privacy, you will also enjoy a beautiful unobstructed view while being less than 10 minutes from shops and other amenities. It is a detached house with a floor where there are 2 bedrooms (13m2 et 17m2) including a master suite with bathtub, and a second bathroom composed of a shower and a toilet. The third bedroom (12m2) is located at the living room level. All rooms in the house are air-conditioned and equipped with fiber internet. The living room, bright, opens onto a terrace overlooking the pool beach equipped with 6 deckchairs. The pool is secured by a barrier that can be locked. You can park your car in the parking lot of the house There are several parking spaces outside the house that are free and free to access. The house, its 2 terraces and its swimming pool are private and only reserved for rental.

Mooi huis, ideale locatie, aangename en propere tuin met zwembad. Het grote terras is fijn om te eten en 's avonds te zitten, vlak naast een goede bbq.
We had a wonderful stay at Nancy’s; the beautiful view from the terrace and the secluded pool area were highlights for our family of four. We made the most of the bbq and plentiful outside seating and inside the villa the air con, Wi-Fi and well equipped kitchen also ensured our stay was all the more comfortable and ‘easy’ - thank you Nancy! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the villa.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Nancy. Le logement est très bien équipé. La vue depuis la terrasse au petit déjeuner est magnifique. La piscine est parfaite pour les adultes comme les enfants. Nous avons pu visiter Cannes, Nice et les alentours sans difficultés. Encore merci pour l’accueil et la rapidité des réponses fournis avant notre arrivée ainsi que le matériel bébé mis à disposition.
We stayed a week in Nancy and Ali’s beautiful house in Auribeau. The house is located on a hillside, which means that you are staying in beautiful surroundings. The house itself very adequate for a family of four to five people and the is well maintained and very clean. There is a very nice pool that you can enjoy and the house is located near to both Grasse and Cannes. All in all the house is highly recommendable, and we would very much like to return next time we are spending your holiday in the south of France.
