My boyfriend and I had the most amazing time! Ty was the most kind and helpful host! The apartment was extremely clean and felt like home! Ty was super welcoming and gave us great tips about the area! I would recommend him to anyone!

We have rented from airbnb in this area before and this place was very convenient to everywhere we needed to go. (Including great Fish and chips a block away.) Ty was a very gracious helpful and friendly host. We definitely recommend this place for an enjoyable stay in beautiful Maine.

Ty was exceedingly communicative and helpful. The location was close to town and quiet. While the location was across from a preserve, you look out to woods not a park or garden. It is on a dead end road which adds to the quiet. The upstairs rental was roomy with a huge kitchen. The bathroom had a shower and stackable laundry. Ty provided laundry pods for the washer and dryer which saved us as I forgot to bring some with us. He also provided extra towels, washcloths, and bedding. The down sides were that the beds were squeaky and very soft. Also there was only one window air conditioner in one of the bedrooms leaving the remainder of the rental on the warmer side. There were two tower fans provided that made it more helpful. The only ceiling fan was in the stair well. The town of Rockport was quieter than some of the more active towns surrounding it which was a preferable setting for our family. It was an easy drive to and from and a nice walk into town and down to the harbor.

Ty is a great host.Very quiet and peaceful location ,next to a nature preserve.Sweet home,great location for visting mid coast maine.
