We’ve had a pleasant stay at Angelic’s place. There were no loud noises at night which we really appreciate. She’s quick to respond to messages too. We encountered a very minor issue with the internet but it’s really not much of a big deal. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We’ve had few problems during our stay, nonetheless we enjoyed it because the owner was accommodating and quickly responding to our queries. It has no FREE parking though you have to pay for 10pesos/hour. Just a heads up to future occupants who will bring their cars.

This is an awesome haven to stay while visiting Davao. The unit is clean and well appointed. The location is spot on and convenient. Easy access to the airport, SM Lanang and Sasa wharf should you decide to have a Samal island getaway. Angelic is super nice and accommodating. Highly recommended.

The host is super responsive. I booked the place the night before (10pm), she responded immediately. She allowed us to check-in early, we really appreciate it since we have a toddler. The place is great, super clean. If you are looking for a place where you'll have the best value for your money, this is it! It has a modern and chic feel because of the glass doors.
