Lots of space for a large family or group of friends. Conveniently located with east access to Hwy55. Fun place to hang playing pool and darts or watch TV in one of the multiple rooms available. Our family enjoyed our stay.

Home did offer lots of beds/bedroom options. The stairway leading to the finished basement is very steep and has no gate or door, so if have small children, bring a gate. Fairly clean, but there were lots of flies. Drywall in need of repair throughout home- Lots of holes and needs paint in many areas. Great laundry room downstairs. I stripped the bedding for the cleaners upon leaving, and the two mattresses we used, which did not have mattress pads on them were stained. Dirty drywall in kitchen above stove. But lots of pots/pans, utensils in kitchen! Pool table and game room is nice if have kids with you, however the hot tub was not there and owner stated it was broken at the time. He did refund a small amount back to me due to this though, which was nice. The upstairs bathroom tub had been "repaired" with some kind of putty or epoxy and had to be very careful using the tub if taking a shower in there. Had a large yard and nice patio. Games provided in dining room.

Overall this was a good stay for our team. Steven was very communicative, although we did not receive entry code until an hour before check in. We were able to receive the necessary equipment shipment, which was very nice. Unfortunately the wifi was not so great, the upstairs bathroom was not very clean and when running the kitchen faucet, the water had a foul smell.

We had a fabulous time at Steven's place. It was an easy drive to any place we wanted to visit in the St. Louis area. We enjoyed playing the games in the garage each night. The house was easy to find and a quiet neighborhood to hang out in. We would definitely stay here again.
