I had a very enjoyable stay at the property. It's a nice quiet unit perfect for a business traveller. Julio and the staff were very friendly and responsive and I'd definitely stay there again!

Julio's apartment was perfect for our long stay in Montreal. The apartment was clean and the perfect size for a long-term stay. The location of the apartment is also great. We were able to walk to most places we wanted to see (Old Montreal, Mount Royal), but we were only 2 minutes away from a Metro stop that connected all major trains. We were never more than 20 minutes away from any of our chosen destinations when taking the metro. The host was especially nice during our stay, even helping us to get mail that we had to have delivered to the apartment. If you're looking for a short or long stay in Montreal, this is a great spot to stay.
