We had a very pleasant week here. It was peaceful and comfortable with a pleasant outdoor area to sit out. very handy for the trains and a short walk into town or the beach! We would gladly stay again!

Joan is a lovely lady. Very friendly and welcoming. The accomodation is private and easily accessed. It is very close to Falmouth Docks train station. Falmouth town, Pendennis Castle and beach are a short 10-15 walk away. Joan provided cereal, milk, tea and coffee and delicious homemade shortbread biscuits. The annex is comfortable and spacious. Shower was excellent. You also have access to a patio and garden area.

Joan was very welcoming and allowed us entry to our accommodation a little earlier which helped us a lot. The location is perfect for Falmouth town and could not be better for us as was only about 8 minutes walk away from Pendennis marina which was what we wanted. Joan has a lovely tropical garden which you had access to from your accommodation and was lovely to sit and have your breakfast in. Very comfortable bed and good shower. Would be happy to return.

Staying at Joan's place was very easy and relaxing. The descriptions provided are accurate, this is a lovely calm location, it is super close to the coastline but you can also easily walk into town. The view from the bedroom is really beautiful, the garden is wonderful both as a view that fills the huge windows but also as a space to sit outside. The weather was quite changeable in the days I was there but I enjoyed the changing light and intervals of sunshine.
