Nestled in a green valley, the property is a tranquil family-friendly haven in the authentic Quercy region of France. With sprawling gardens, pool & woodland it is an ideal city escape. We accept weekly bookings only, from Saturday to Saturday. The property is in a very private location at the end of a country lane, surrounded by rolling hills and forests. It includes 4 hectares of land with a swimming pool, fruit trees, pines, gardens full of flowers and woodland. Guests can enjoy games of petanque, table tennis, great walks and runs, etc. Linen and towels are provided. There is a 13 x 5 m heated swimming pool with electric cover and spot lights open from beginning of May to end of September.

Sue and Phil's place is great - really relaxing and very well equipped. Sue was super helpful on the last day when we lost our dog, we were all very touched by her support and we got our dog back safe and sound. Thanks for a lovely couple of weeks.

This is a very authentic slice of France, home to the well-known Foie Gras museum, quintessential marchés (farmer markets), charming villages and abundant green countryside.
The closest village Valeilles which has a post office and Marie is a short walk away (1 km). The nearest town St Sylvestre sur Lot with shopping amenities, dining options and activities is about 10 minutes away by car. The beautiful Lot river runs through it and guests can enjoy boat trips and canoeing. There are lots of dining options within a 10 minute drive
There is no public transport so a car is a necessity to get around the area. The closest car rental companies are in Agen about 45 minutes away by car.
