We've stayed at Woodlawn Cottage twice and love it! It's exactly what we need...a peaceful stay in a lovely cottage with a wonderfully friendly and accommodating host! The neighborhood is remarkable; close to parks, Whitman College, and downtown. Yet it's so quiet and peaceful, we see deer under the trees across the street - a beautiful sight! Kyree's garden is filled with flowers and vegetables and bird feeders. Our last visit was perfumed with blooming Spring flowers. The cottage itself is perfect for two. The comfortable bed has luxurious linens and a variety of pillow types...some soft some firm. The bathroom has thick, cozy, white towels. The kitchen is stocked with a collection of snacks including cheese, crackers and yogurt. Kyree has thought of everything a traveller could possibly need and provided for us. We've been extremely happy there during our past two visits and look forward to staying at Woodlawn Cottage again and again!

This cozy retreat had it all and then some! The place was well stocked- and they even had a basket of snacks (popcorn included- for our movie night)- and fresh fruit and yogurt in the mini fridge! We stayed on our college tour. It was perfect after a long day! I would gladly stay again!

Kyree is a Super Host. The place is clean, well-appointed with lots of small touches that show how she and Mike take care of their guests. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and while the freezing weather did not support walking to downtown and the winery tasting rooms, we easily could have. Mike and Kyree defiantly have an effective system. Their guidebook is exceptional (sorry, we stole the Quirk Brewing coupon! But thank you!), with many possible activities and adventures suggested. We really enjoyed the Whitman sculpture tour, and visited several tasting rooms and fun shops down. Shout outs to The Thief, Inland Octopus, Book & Game Co. Caprio , Madison Bleu, & Cote de Ciel for tastings and Bacon & Eggs for breakfast!

After a long travel day, this snug and warm cottage (complete with tea kettle and snacks!) was perfect. Would definitely book again.
