The home held all 16 of our family members very well (14 beds, 1 air queen mattress that we brought). The home and pool could have used a deeper clean (debris in pool, dust, some unclean pots in cabinet); however we still felt overall comfortable and relaxed. The outdoor area was very enjoyable despite it raining one day. It should be noted that the “quiet” hours which start at 9:00 pm are really “no outdoor noise” after 9:00. The first night there were noise complaints from a neighbor on us at 9:30. We did not have music playing and were playing a card game outside, but this was too loud, so plan to bring it inside. Really appreciated Jonathan’s communication and flexibility with our group.

My feedback on my recent stay at Jonathan's Bakersfield home from March 30 to April 1, 2024. The house was spacious, providing ample comfort and relaxation. The large backyard and swimming pool were significant highlights, along with the pet-friendly policy, which was greatly appreciated. However, there were some areas of concern. Upon arrival, I noticed certain parts of the property were not maintained well, including a dirty pool, unkempt outdoor bar area, and outdoor table. While I understand that pet hair might result from previous stays, I did expect a thorough cleaning of outdoor areas between guests. Furthermore, the communication could be improved. I inquired about the living room ceiling fan but only received a response shortly before check-out. A more proactive and responsive communication approach would have enhanced our experience. I offer this feedback in the hope that it will contribute to the improvement of future stays at the property. Thank you for hosting us.

Only stayed for 8 hours but it needed showers for 15 folks traveling and it was great
