Beautiful home right on the water. Spacious and has a wide range of amenities. Was here with a few coworkers while attending an event at Sparkling Hill nearby. The home served us well but is a newer rental so could use some improvements over time that have been communicated to the owner directly.

Very nice summer rental. Pros - location is beautiful and very quiet, terrific dock for swimming, boating, and enjoying the view, nice bright new house, great AC, strong/fast wifi - and Matthew is very fast at responding to queries. Cons - steep driveway and some minor issues because it's a new rental - Matthew dealt with everything.

Overall we had a blast. There were some details that I recommended to the owner to add or repair for a better stay for the next guest. Some items were: no dish clothes, no garbage can, no organization in the cutlery drawers. The water pressure isn’t top notch. The dishwasher needed to be serviced (one of the two…other one sometimes worked - again I think it was the water pressure). Some hanging devices for clothes would be great on the lower level in the bedroom. There are only two real beds. The other beds are Murphy beds (2) and then two pull out couches. The Murphy beds were terrible to sleep on, we preferred the pull out couches! Very nice decor!! The views were amazing. The dock is nice to enjoy, we were rarely in the house all days. The decks on each floor was nice!! The host was very nice and communication was never an issue. I’d definitely stay here again.
