I saw the pictures and they caught my my eye. The positive: Large property, pool, beach front, safe, quiet, good AC, kitchen had everything, great TV and good internet. Close by food and you can order in. Minimalist design and decor is good. If you want a place to to sleep, go to the beach, grill/order food in this is good. 3 rooms with plenty of beds for 8 people. We did find some things which made it less than ideal for out use. We usually get an AirBNB to stay in. The big problem we had was that for 3 rooms inside the main home there was only one bathroom (full) and then 2 more outside the main home. The main shower had the drain cover come up above the floor so waster was pooling on the shower floor. The rest of the restroom was dingy. The toilet had a stain ring, and the sink needed a deeper cleaning as well. Door could use paint. Pool could use a cleaning as well. Lots of bugs floating on it. One of the grilling areas (under roof) had water pooling because of rain.

Great place for a vacation, right on the beach. Is private and quiet were you can relax and enjoy with your family.

This place has beautiful views, the split ac units in each room save our lives! There's only 1 bathroom inside the house, the rest are outside. There wasn't much supplies but it was clean and not cluttered. The host was great and accommodating. I would come back here to stay.

This place was amazing and the views of the sunrise and sunset were just astonishing. If you are visiting El Salvador this is a great place to be, very peaceful and you will be at a walkable distance of restaurants and at a short distance by car of a lot more places around Costa del Sol. Don Salvador who is caretaker of the property will go above and beyond to make sure you will fit just like in home , he can help you with the food or if you forgot something he could help you to ordered. Also if you forgot something there is a small supermarket about 10 minutes before getting to the place so you can get what you need.
