I would recommend this home to anyone who is catering for a large group, it is so beautiful.

We had a lovely two week stay at Pennys place! We were two families of 4 (each with young bubs) and the space was perfect! The two toddlers were able to share the kids room with a king for each parent/baby. Penny was lovely to deal with, always responsive and the property was exactly as described! Walking distance to duke street and the surf club which we enjoyed, as well as the beach at the end of the street. There are two seperate guest houses downstairs however they have complete seperate access and if not included in your booking, you wouldn’t even know they’re there! Thanks for a great trip Penny, we’ll be back!

We came to stay at Penny’s place for a work conference and it was the perfect location for all of us. We would highly recommend it for a family or two as there is plenty of room. Thank you for hosting us Penny - your place is better than we expected!
