We are located in Arden, NC just south of Asheville and 3.5 miles to Asheville Airport. It's 10 miles to Asheville city center. We are on a wooded one acre lot in a neighborhood off a private road. Since we are on a one acre lot there is a lot more privacy compared to a typical neighborhood home in the city. You can feel like you are in the trees while still accessible to the city. It is a great place as a base camp for all things Asheville, Hendersonville and Brevard, and many hikes in Pisgah National Forest. There is major shopping within a few minutes drive: Walmart, Target, Ingles, Whole Foods and some South Asheville hot spots like Tupelo Honey and Biscuit Head are 3 miles away. An entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway is 4.5 miles away. The Casita is on a 1 acre property with our Cabin (separate listing that can be booked together) but the Casita is behind the cabin and situated in a way that there is privacy from each other.

We have a long gravel driveway that goes up to a parking area near the home. You will see our mailboxes at the beginning of the driveway. You can park 1 car in the side parking area. This is shared with the main cabin. There is also an additional parking spot half way up the driveway on the left. Please do not park or drive off the driveway. 2 cars are allowed with the casita.
