Center Hill Apartments boasts updated, modest apartments centrally located between Mt. Carroll and Savanna in a country setting with private amenities! Our private parking lots lead to a central hallway with your colored door. The entrance to the apartment starts with the kitchen and large open living room leading to your own patio. Your choice of a breakfast counter or dining table for those home cooked meals is adjacent to comfortable seating at a 48" Smart TV with a Netflix account just for you. The full bathroom, one King and one Queen bedroom are down the short hall. Whether you're staying a short or long time, enjoy the clothes dressers and walk-in closet as you wish. Enjoy a night under the stars with the fire pit and supplied wood.

I wanted a getaway to relax and destress and got exactly what I hoped for. Nice apartment with ample amenities. I feel bad didn't take advantage of all of them. Coffee on a private patio in the mornings was great. There is even a mini fire pit to share with others! If I was staying longer I would recommend taking advantageof cSavanna adventures. So many fun options. 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Center Hill Apartments is one of the highest points in Carroll County, between Mt. Carroll and Savanna. The building sits atop a dead-end road with minimal and quiet neighbors out-of-view from all look-out points of the building. Neighbors and Farm vehicles can be seen passing the apartment building on a regular basis without interfering with our peace and serenity. Although we are up against the state highway, our line of pines block much of the highway sounds.

You'll be notified of the two parking lots on the property as to which is closer to the entrance of the apartment. With ample space for trailer or extra vehicles, please reach out for excess parking space.
10 minutes to Savanna or Mt. Carroll.
