The apartment is recently renovated and feels very modern. The location is perfect, within a 2 minute walk of the very center of Heraklion. Natassa was an amazing host. Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here for about a month and it was just perfect. It was conveniently located to beautiful downtown Heraklion and within walking distance of all the sights (except Knossos Palace, of course) and restaurants. The unit was well equipped with pots and pans, a knife and cutting board, and plenty of dishes and cutlery, as well as both an oven and a stove, as well as a Panini press. It also had a tv with all the channels already stocked so you could log in to your own accounts. Not only did it have plenty of outlets, many of the outlets included USB jacks! The wifi was also adequate for my work and for streaming the tv. Though it was chilly outside (it was January) the heater kept it comfortable. Plus Natassa is just an amazing host. The refrigerator came stocked with several meals' worth of food, as well as raki and water, and she was unfailingly responsive anytime I emailed her about something. Really, she's a model for any Airbnb host to follow.

Herzlichen Dank, liebe Natassa, für diese wunderschöne Airbnb Erfahrung. Ich habe mich in deinem Apartment wie zu Hause gefühlt. Natassa ist eine sehr verlässliche Gastgeberin, die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber, die Lage ist einmalig, liegt genau im Zentrum, das mehr ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, check in, check out haben sehr unkompliziert funktioniert, Natassa ist sehr hilfsbereit und ich wurde gleich bei meiner Ankunft mit frischem Obst, Süssigkeiten, sogar mit einer wunderschönen Torte und mit verschiedenen Getränken im Kühlschrank verwöhnt. Bei meiner Abreise hat ein Abschiedsgeschenk auf mich gewartet, wirklich sehr aufmerksam! Ich war begeistert. Absolute Empfehlung!!!!!

So happy with our stay with Natassa. Way before our visiting she communicated with us easily about parking and check in, many thanks! Love the location near everything in town… so much to see even in the off seasons on a Sunday! Walking distance to restaurants m, shopping, amazing historic sightseeing! The stay itself was perfect - we were only two travelers for a night but the space was easy to navigate - a lovely menagerie of breakfast goodies, water, juice, rakimelo, soaps, coffee and more. Loved the books for tourists - thank you! Cute and modern, spotlessly clean. Highly recommend if you are passing through!

Everything was perfect and looked exactly like the pictures!! Very good location and one of the cleanest apartment i have ever been! I highly recommend it!
