Our Airbnb stay turned into a nightmare when mold infestation in one of the rooms made one of our roommates sick to the point of needing hospitalization overseas. Despite attempts to address the issue, the mold persisted, causing distress and ruining our vacation. We let the house staff know, and they made it very clear that they were aware of the problem, stating that they were thinking about “closing the property for a month” for construction. This tells me that the host was clearly in full neglect. They also NEVER responded when I texted/ called about the issue. This experience highlights the importance of thorough property inspections by Airbnb to ensure guest safety. Proceed with caution when booking.
The property and location is really good. It sits right behind the mall. You can walk and get all the groceries. Small suggestion would be to include some water bottles for the guest.
Was a beautiful location and place to stay. Highly recommend. Host was very helpful. Any problems he as a phone call away. Highly recommend for hosting. Overall a very joyful and peaceful location.

Me caminaron 2 cucarachas en la cara en la noche dormido a las 3 am, corrí la cama y habían muchos excrementos de cucaracha en el suelo. Todo documentado. Yo tuve que comprar veneno y fumigar. Las cucarachas vivían debajo del colchón. Wilson, quien vive en la casa (tipo host pero no es quien manda o administra) es una gran persona, muy servicial y debería de trabajar en un mejor lugar para la calidad de persona que es y lo servicial. La mayoría propiedad está descuidada y requiere mucho mantenimiento donde por ejemplo en el baño principal hay muebles podridos e indudablemente se necesita de una fumigación fuerte. Hasta el momento ha sido mi peor experiencia en airbnb tomando en cuenta que Wilson la mejoró con su servicio. Lamento el desinterés por la administradora o dueña de la empresa que administra este airbnb. Si fuera el dueño del inmueble me gustaría saber esto.
