This was a great spot for a weekend team retreat. We loved being close enough to Kettle Moraine for some serious nature while still being walking distance to great food and drinks on main street. The house itself is beautiful and well-preserved, and it easily fit four unrelated adults with enough privacy for everyone. I was worried that noise from the busy road out front would bother us, but we were pleasantly surprised to find the interior of the house to be well-insulated from noise, and no one was bothered by sound during our stay. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area!

Lovely Victorian home with lots of space. Three bathrooms! Great for a larger group. Home is fully equipped with all amenities. Wish it wasn’t raining, to spend time outside and use the fire pit.

My teacher-friends & I LOVED our little getaway at CJ's place! Plenty of beds & 3 baths - perfect for a group of women. There was plenty of everything - towels, extra blankets, spa-like toiletries, coffee & cream, snacks, and even a bottle of wine. We took an Uber to a local pub for dinner but realized it was close enough to walk. lol. We all thought the house was perfect.

It was a great place for a night away with the girls. Lots of space, super clean and just as described. We would definitely rent this place again.

A great find for an adult/kid getaway to Alpine Valley for a ski weekend. House was spotless, had almost anything we could need, including snow removal services! We enjoyed the game room, little things like a coffee pot upstairs, popcorn machine and snacks available on the counter when we came in. CJ was super responsive and helpful. Thank you, CJ!
