I would recommend this rental, the unit location is fantastic and central to a mall, restaurants and more. The unit was bright and spacious with beautiful views. We needed an earlier check in and check out due to our flight times and Adri accommodated us with no fuss.

very nice place to stay. Came here during ultra, I was expecting a lot inconvenience, however everything here was very well organized. The owner, the host, the front desk team are all very friendly and professional. Thanks a lot for this comfy stay!

Really great location, nice building & check in was communicative! The place itself was clean aside from a personal item left in the sheets which made us not feel like the sheets were changed. Would stay again with that improvement!

So.. I insist you to read my review before the booking. This is a very nice building Icon Brickell where I stayed with another hosts a lot of times because of the best view. But. The bad moment started exactly after booking. They confirmed my reservation and wrote nothing. I started to email the host my documents as they asked for this in the profile. I was waiting a few hours what is disappointing as apartments like this must have a proper greeting. I didn’t understand what shall I do. Finally they replied in a short message that some person will meet me. I arrived to the place on time, I met a cleaning lady with keys, I received a message about apartment number and suddenly the host calls me that they have some broken mirror and cannot host me. Again I stayed at this building a few times, good reviews. And at 8 pm when they cancelled it was impossible to reserve similar apartment. Why they didn’t check before my arriving? Disgusting attitude. Please do not trust and stay away

I enjoyed my stay. You will have to meet someone in the lobby to check you in. The bathroom was not clean. Other than that, the place was fine.
