I honestly can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay at Denise’s cozy cabin was. We brought our 3 children (one being a 4 month old baby) and staying in our own cozy 2 bedroom cabin vs a hotel made this trip comfortable and easy. We were in close proximity to everything Helen has to offer and then some. We explored for 3 days and nights around the area with ease because the cabin was less than 30 min from all the major things to do. Every evening we came back to our comfortable warm space after long cold days in the mountains and town attractions. The cabin was beautifully decorated, but the added Christmas decorations were a bonus for our kids as we were here during Christmas & New Years week. Everything was clean, cozy and worked wonderful. Endless amenities around the entire cabin. We bought some food at a nearby store and were able to have small breakfasts’ every morning with the kitchen before venturing out for the day. We absolutely CANNOT WAIT to come back! Thank you!

Stayed here for OctoberFest weekend of the 20th. Cons: Heater in one of the bedrooms was not working for 1 night. Contacted host but heater never turned back on. Didn’t want this issue to ruin our trip so we just went without heat for the night. We had a bit of trouble getting the lockbox to open, a keypad would’ve been more convenient. Bathroom was a bit outdated but served it’s purpose. Pros: Host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The house actually looks better than the pictures provided at listing. House was located very close to downtown Helen. With this house being located in a campground we expected some noise but surprisingly it was peacefully quiet. Wish firewood was provided with each stay because we bought some in town but the wood was still wet and we couldn’t have a fire. Overall, the communication, location, and friendliness of the host was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, close to downtown Helen and wineries/breweries. Enjoyed our stay, very warm and cozy. We had an issue with the fridge having some leftover items but we looked past that and Denise took care of it promptly. Would stay again!
