This was our 1st time picking an Air BnB so I looked for awhile & felt right at home at Magnolia House. We were in town for a concert & liked that it was close to downtown Indy. Very clean, quiet neighborhood & close to many restaurants. Thank you Tori & we will definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying at Magnolia house, and we hope to be back again! This house has all you need for a comfortable stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but really close to shopping and easy enough to get downtown. We really appreciate all the finishing touches, from the art on the walls, to the books left around, it feels like a home more than a business. The back yard and screened-in porch are lovely. This year, we discovered the miniatures museum in Carmel. If you like miniatures, you should go check it out. It's super cool!

Omg Tori’s place was amazing! We came for the eclipse with family and it was perfect. Plenty of room ,the entire house has obviously been recently renovated-it’s great.Lots of amenities to make you feel at home!Even local treats and eclipse glasses- such thoughtful gestures!Communication was immediate and easy-even met the lovely neighbors.Nice area to take a lovely walk and close to grocery etc. Tori has a closet for items you may have forgotten-toothpaste etc, very thoughtful 👍We stay in MANY air bnb throughout Alaska and this is by far top notch ! Do not book anywhere else in Indy!!

Fantastic Airbnb experience! Tori is incredibly responsive and accommodating, going above and beyond with excellent communication and extra assistance. Prime location with stylish decor and top-notch amenities, making for a perfect stay.

This was the best airbnb experience we have ever had. Tori is an exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and accommodating host. Tori went out of her way to make sure my family felt at home. She is also an artist and her eye for design shows throughout the house as it is full of incredible art from local Indianapolis artists including some of Tori’s original pieces, as we learned! The decor is both fresh and fun while comfortable and functional. This is an awesome location in Indianapolis! So close to all the conveniences, in a beautiful neighborhood and close to all of Indy’s exciting destinations and attractions. The beds were all comfortable! We have a family of four and stayed for 3 months as our home was under repair. We felt right at home the entire time. Even the neighbors were super cool! From sleeping arrangements to bathing facilities, Magnolia was such a warm and inviting temporary home for us, we shed a little tear when we left. Do not have any hesitations booking here!
