This luxury apartment in the heart of Győr is located in a fully renovated building consisting of 15 rental units, each of them one-of-a-kind with its own unique design. This one was inspired by the tropics, which is reflected in the materials, colors and patterns used. Whether you're coming to explore the city or just passing through, this place near the main square and the Danube is the perfect choice and has all the amenities you might need for a short stay. R12 Apartments can be found in a quiet side street in Győr's city center in a building that was fully renovated before it started welcoming guests in May 2022. The whole property is dedicated to providing guests with a unique experience and quality accommodation with services that make their stay not only unforgettable but also as comfortable and hassle-free as possible. The 15 apartments are spread across three floors in a building with a spacious courtyard with a fountain and outdoor seating, a shared lounge area, and an atmospheric garden with additional seating. Guests also have access to the laundry room with a washer and washing products provided. The Tropical Apartment with its earthy-and-green color scheme, natural decor and rainforest mural is located on the ground floor and sleeps three people. It consists of a living area with a convertible couch, a bedroom, kitchenette and full bathroom, and measures 34 square meters. The bedroom and bathroom windows open on the street, but since they are well insulated and there is very little traffic, you won't have to worry about noise. From the living room, there is direct access to the garden, so it's very quiet and calm. The apartment also has its own patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine after a long day. A lot of thought and care was put into the design, equipment and materials used, always keeping long-lasting quality in mind. The super comfortable queen-size bed and the soft sheets, the sleek bathtub, the HD Smart TV, and the thoughtful little touches will all contribute to a relaxing and memorable stay.

Small town with so much to do that 5 days was not enough, this air bnb was just a few minutes from everything. The place was so nicely designed, we had everything we needed and very peaceful as well.
We absolutely loved our stayed in R12 Flat 4 Tropical ( ground floor ) which is why I choose it. Apartment absolutely lovely and the gardens private courtyard was so perfect. I always like an outside area. Just shared with one other apartment. Not a problem at all. Egg chairs made the space very comfortable Indeedy. My biggest surprise was just how QUIET it was both day and night. Considering you are just a hundred yards from one of Gyors main squares. Took a bit of getting used to Keyless entry. But it’s very secure and worked perfectly. We were allowed to leave our luggage in the lounge area once we’d left the apartment. So communication was brilliant all round. Thank you very much xx

Ich werde definitiv wieder kommen. Das Bett war leider sehr hart. Ansonsten hat alles super geklappt und es war ein sehr schönes Apartment.

The apartment building is located right next to Győr's main square and just a short walk away from the Danube, so it's an ideal place to explore the city from, and it's also a great fit if you are just passing through. It is within walking distance from sights such as the lovely buildings and winding little streets of the inner city, the riverbanks, and the thermal bath. You'll also have cafes, bars and restaurants in the vicinity with plenty of choice to dine out or go for a drink.
The apartment building is in the heart of the city so you can easily walk to places of interest. Connection to public transport is also excellent, and the train station is only a 15-minute walk away.
