This was a perfect place for my family to stay. We rented out both sides of Marshall’s duplex and it was perfect. We were in town for our daughters graduation from the university of Richmond and it could not have met our needs any better! Thank you so much for a very pleasant stay.

Booked with Marshall to visit old friends. Place was fantastic. Very clean, very comfortable and so nice and quiet. Lots of local places to go, and pretty neighborhood. Will definitely be booking with Marshall again.

Had a great stay in this Fan District unit! The bedrooms were spacious with clean, comfortable bedding. The apartment was perfect for three friends to share. The kitchen was large but not stocked with many essentials. The neighborhood was really walkable with bars and restaurants near by and lots of easy free on street parking. Would recommend!

If you're looking for a place to stay in the fan, this is the perfect spot! It's walking distance to many great food and shopping spots. Would highly recommend!
