Absolutely beautiful location, and we were greeted by Norma with a delicious loaf of freshly baked bread! The kitchen was fully equipped and Norma had stocked the fridge with butter and half and half and condiments, and so many wonderful coffees in the freezer. Fresh fruit and an assortment of jams… The bed was wonderfully comfortable, the bathroom also very well stocked and even toiletries available. Tall, old-growth trees, dripping with Spanish moss, birds and at night gorgeous fireflies! So delightful to sit on the porch and just watch and listen. There was full use of a laundry room, with washers and dryers, and detergents which as we were in the middle a monthlong trip, was not only welcome but otherwise would have necessitated finding a laundromat! It was like being home, or staying with a close friend!

Loved staying here! The property is beautiful and Norma and Mike were lovely welcoming hosts. Will definitely be back if I ever find myself in Gainesville again!

I enjoyed my stay and agree with all the previously stated good reviews. The only new note I'll add is that the bathroom and shower is very small so if you are on the larger size (like me) than that may get old if you're doing a long stay. Only real negative, so I still recommend 😉.

Very nice location,and very quiet. felt safe. apartment was everything we were expecting. very beautiful. the bed was the best part extremely comfortable, great night sleep. and the bread was fantastic. everything clean and fresh. We would definitely stay again.

I’ve stayed here twice now and it has yet to disappoint! Norma and Mike are excellent hosts, and the place is always well-stocked with amenities and immaculately clean upon arrival.
