My 12 year old son and I had a great stay at Alec’s place. It is the perfect location and the building amenities were great (he loved the gaming room and pools, and I loved the gym). It was the most convenient location both for spring skiing (easy free shuttle in front of building in case Peak 9 is closed) and walkable to everything in town including a grocery store. Very comfortable bed and easy to make meals at home if you want. Extremely responsive and helpful owners. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location is perfect for anything you would like to do in Breckinridge. It is extremely clean and very comfortable. Very beautiful views as well. Worth the stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the Bright Haus condo. The place was very clean with all the amenities needed for our stay. The place was very cozy and comfortable, and the view of the mountain was spectacular. We were happy to have the kitchenette to store a few supplies. The location is fabulous, everything is within walking distance including a food market and an abundance of restaurants. Buses are readily available if you need to travel beyond walking distance. Condo owners Alec/Jessica were very responsive whenever we had a question. We enjoyed our stay in Breckinridge and would highly recommend.

This was our first time in Colorado and we loved our stay! We had a beautiful view of the mountains and the location was great, walkable to the restaurants and bars of this quaint and beautiful town. Alec was very friendly and responsive in a super quick manner. The room key and parking pass (if you paid for one) are both digital so you just need to download the app for those ahead of time. I didn’t thoroughly read over the parking attachment ahead and was a little confused at first as to where the parking for our room was but it was very clearly written out in the attached link in the check-in email. The laundry unit isn’t in the room but is right down the hall by the elevators. Tip: The amenities included (hot tub, fitness, game room) are on the 1st floor not the lobby. We really enjoyed our stay!!
