Silva and Sebastien were very helpful and responsive. There were some issues at the beginning with the apartment, but they did their best to fix them all and to make our stay comfortable. There was a smell in the bathroom (probably from the pipes) that couldn’t go away, but the apartment overall was clean with new furniture. It’s great to have washing machine, dryer and a dishwasher, we stayed with a baby so it helped a lot. The location couldn’t be more perfect. Everything you need is around you, metro in front of the building, a lot of stores, restaurants, baby parks, beach. Apartment has modern furniture, and everything you need, except that the wardrobe is very small and has only the part for hangers (no shelves or drawers). After 2 weeks or so, we had an issue with the mold that appeared in the bedroom, but they quickly fixed it and it didn’t return again. I would recommend to air the room often to avoid it. Overall we had a great time and they were great hosts!

Silvia was a fantastic host for our 2 month stay. Very welcoming At one stage we had a issue with the shower but Silvia resolved the issue incredibly quickly.

We have had great time in Barcelona and I am super happy we have chosen Silvia’s flat. It is located in amazing area with lots of restaurants, shops, grocery stores and and metro station Poblenou which pretty much is the most convenient way of transportation. The apartment was cozy, as described, very nice and clean. Internet is fast, what we loved was a dryer since it was very convenient to do laundry. We loved it, thank you Silvia for hospitality!

Muy confortable, muy bien equipado , muy linda deciracion, todo impecable! Vuelvo sin dudarlo! Nos encanto el apartamento y la zona, a pocas cuadras de la playa y a metros del metro. Excelente!!!!

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in het appartement van Sílvia. Perfecte locatie naast een metrostation en in een fijne buurt met alle faciliteiten. Met iets meer dan 10 minuten loopafstand van het strand. Het appartement is zoals beschreven en te zien op de foto’s. Sommige dingen hebben een restyling gehad, maar het overgrote deel ziet er uit zoals op de foto’s. Contact met Sílvia liep soepel. Ze reageerde snel op berichten.
