This brand new Villa is huge! It has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a game room on the ground floor as well as an outside terrace with a jacuzzi. It is a peaceful place for perfect holidays and your home away from home! All the areas inside the Villa are located on 4 house levels. When you enter the property, there is a middle floor with steps going to the top seaview bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Steps down will take you to the bottom bedroom which also has its own bathroom and a balcony with outside furniture overlooking the sea and canal in front of Hvar town. When you continue down, you will reach a spacious living room area with a connected, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and exit to the spacious terrace with a jacuzzi! There, you will also find an outside table, wooden chairs with a small table, a hanging chair, sunbeds, a parasol and an outside shower. All you may need for relaxation and total enjoyment! On the ground house floor, you will find a game room with a pool table, board for darts, one more toilet, a second kitchen with a fridge as well as a wine cooler. Bar table & chairs which are located there make a perfect lounge atmosphere, together with a small outside area that has a high chair and table. There are pine trees next to the terrace and the sea is just 50 meters air distance. That, combined with a lot of sun Hvar town naturally receives, makes a perfect spot for summer vacation! Come, paradise is calling!

Amazing apartment. Very clean , cozy and private. The only thing we were missing was beach towels for the Sun beds and a grill. That would be the icing on the cake :-) The host was very kind and send us a messages with all need to know and nice to know around the area. Would gladly visit this place again. What a great pad! Lovely and clean, very spacious, lovely comfy beds. Great outside space. Good location, very nice easy 10min walk into town one way, and very pleasant 10min walk to the beach the other way. We would definitely stay again. Thankyou everyone, very helpful and easy going. We had a wonderful stay. Its a beautiful place with a beautiful view. Very comfortable. Communication was great. Not flexible with check out or leaving the luggage. Brand new but the screen to keep bugs out broke and the door doesn't close from the outside. Other than that no complaints. Would def recommend it.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Hvar. Cette villa est incroyable. Tout le confort nécessaire est la, il n’y a plus qu’à se détendre et profiter. Si l’on aime marcher un peu, tout est accessible à pieds, plage, petite spot de baignade sauvage, restaurants, port et vie nocturne. Notre hôte a été extrêmement réactif à chaque fois que nous avions une question. Un grand merci d’avoir contribué à ces belles vacances ! Gaëlane, Nicolas, Marion, Victor et Romain 🌞

The Villa is located in a quiet neighborhood, 18-20 minute easy walk from the harbour and historic city core, just following the coast and Hvar's beautiful promenade.
It is close enough to reach all the important areas on foot, but still far enough from city crowds and noises.

Everything in Hvar town is reachable on foot within 20 minutes.
Sea, where you can swim on the rocks, is just a minute or two away, beautiful bay "Pokonji Dol" where you can find sunbeds, bar "Mustačo" and restaurants is 10 minutes away and 2 markets are 10 minutes away as well, but towards the center (next to the soccer field).
There are 2 parking places available next to the house just for your property.
