Joan’s house is really warm and cosy. The only thing we were not expecting was the placement of the building was straight off the driveway so had people walking past the window and didn’t feel particularly private. The little house is beautifully decorated with everything you could need for a few days away. WiFi isn’t great and we struggled to get a phone signal but it’s part of an old estate so no super fast WiFi yet. Lisa was extremely responsive and helpful and we had a great stay.

We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay, the accommodation was exactly as described and had everything we needed. The WiFi and phone signal wasn’t great but to be honest that made our stay more relaxing!

We stayed in Joan’s house and it was exactly as it looked in the picture, the goody basket and hot drink selection was well stocked with milk in the fridge. We received a warm welcome and there were helpful information about places locally to visit and recommendations for places to eat ! The Black Horse in Woburn definitely lived up to the recommendation. All in all a lovely couple of days
