One of the cleanest, if not the cleanest, I have ever experienced in Kolkata. The host is very responsive and helpful. They even boiled corns I bought. The bazar and the train station are within 10 minutes walking. So convenient location. There were a few issues. The kitchen was listed as amenity. However, the kitchen was not functional. There were no stove, pots, pans or utensils. The fridge smelt because it was not turned on. It made you not want to use it. It seemed to me the locals were not bothered by mosquitos. But it was a big issue for me. The host had installed window screens. But there were gaps and holes. Mosquitos could get in in so many ways, it rendered the screens ineffective. The listing stated the checkout time was before 9pm. At 12pm, the host called and asked me to check out. I was not at the property. I had to get to the house quickly, clean up, pack up and move out. if you can overlook the problems, the property is well worth the money.

Le logement très bien, spacieux, une terrasse accessible. Les hôtes ont été adorables et à l'écoute. A notre arrivée, apparemment était vraiment sale, nous l'avons nettoyé nous même en gros afin de nous y sentir bien, sol, frigo inutilisable trop salé etc. Il manquait également des équipements pourtant précisés dans l'annonce mais notre hote à été réactive et nous a déposé ce que nous avions demandé de suite. seul hic l'eau chaude de l'annonce est en faite à chauffer avec une résistance mais on s'y accommode. Petit déjeuner est copieux et local. Appartement est loin du centre de kolkata, parfait si vous souhaitez du calme la gare est juste à côté pour le centre ville). il y a des petits commerces et restaurants à proximité. Bonne expérience nous avons même prolongé d'1 nuit mais ça pourrait être parfait si le logement avait été propre à notre arrivée avec une douche chaude, et quelques équipements en + (grille pain, bouilloire, frigo utilisable voire four.) Néanmoins on recommande++
