Take it easy at this 2 storey newly built unique and tranquil villa. The villa is located on the quiet village of skonizo with a breathtaking mountain view and a private pool. The yard also offers a BBQ and a wood-fired oven and you can enjoy your meals in the gorgeous outdoor dinning area. The house offers a very friendly atmosphere and surrounded by green plants and flowers. The villa got its name from the owner's nearby apiary. It will be our pleasure for our guests to try our local honey. Surrounded by extensive private gardens and a terrace with wonderful views of the Aegean Sea and local villages. First floor: The first floor greets you with a fully furnished, cozy living room that offers a fireplace. Opposite to that is the dinning area. Moving inside the house, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials. Each floor has its own full bathroom. The second floor also has a half bathroom. Second floor: The second floors offers 2 magnificent bedrooms, decorated uniquely at a red and green tone respectively. Each bedroom has view towards the mountain and is a beautiful sight to look at. For additional accommodations, the large sofa in the living room opens up to a sofa bed. A second living area and another sofa is also found in the second floor. The exterior is surrounded by a wooden fence and also offers free parking space to its guests. The beautiful pool can be enjoyed by the various exterior furniture - a living area, a dinning area and plenty of sunbeds. Lastly, feel free to cook your own home made pizza at our pizza oven as well as enjoy our brand new BBQ. Your own piece of paradise.

It was a pleasure to stay in the house. Everything was clean and exactly as described. The location is secluded and very quiet. Perfect for relaxing and swimming in the pool. The check in, with home cooked food from the hosts, was very friendly and nice. Communication with Aegean was also very easy. Everything was perfect and I recommend it to everyone.
Pobyt u Marii był dokładnie tym, czego potrzebowaliśmy, a właściwie przerósł nasze oczekiwania. Gospodyni jest wyjątkowa - przywitała nas ciepłą kolacją z pysznych, lokalnych składników, a także zostawiła podstawowe produkty na śniadanie kolejnego dnia, własny miód i pyszną oliwę z kreteńskich oliwek. W trakcie pobytu mogliśmy liczyć na jej hojność i gościnność, a także wyjątkową uwagę względem naszego czteroletniego syna :) Maria chętnie udzielała nam też rad na temat lokalnych atrakcji i każdego dnia troszczyła się o nas dobrostan. Apartament wyposażony jest we wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty, wliczając w to żelazko, blender, mikser, toster, pralkę i wiele innych, łóżka posiadają wygodne, twarde materace - wyspaliśmy się jak nigdy dotąd. Lokalizacja jest idealna, jeśli szuka się ciszy, spokoju i prywatności, a także niesamowitego naturalnego otoczenia pełnego sadów owocowych i gajów oliwnych i zapierających dech w piersi górskich widoków. Polecamy ze szczerego serca, 10/10.
Lovely ,beautiful place. Maria and Stelios made us feel like we’ve been friends forever. This was my 4th visit to Crete and by war the best stay. I will be back in a couple of months for sure.
Beautiful house in a very peaceful and scenic setting. Hosts were great and very helpful with information on local attractions/restaurants etc. Loved the food cooked for us by Maria and enjoyed Stelios’ honey.
Maria et sa famille ont été très agréable ! Le logement proposé et identique aux photos et très propre. La localisation est top car loin de tout en campagne mais peut également devenir un inconvénient car il faut prévoir au minimum 30mins pour vous rendre quelque part (hors petite supérette à 15mins). La tranquillité à toujours un prix 😉 Maria nous avait préparé le repas du soir pour notre arrivée, un régale ! Une attention qui fait toujours plaisir 😋 L’hôte et sa fille nous ont fait découvrir leurs terres dans la semaine lors de leur passage au logement, moment de cueillette très sympa ! A savoir également que Maria et sa famille passent environ 2x/ semaine pour nettoyer la piscine. Petit tips : méfiez-vous de l’adresse que le GPS vous dit de suivre, nous sommes tombé sur un chemin d’énormes cailloux et avons faillit y laisser notre véhicule car route impraticable et très dangereuse… Un autre itinéraire est possible 👍 Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et le recommandons ! 👏🏼

The villa is located in a very quiet small village, called skonizo. The village is very close to some great vacation gateways.
It is 20 minutes driving to the magnificent "Agias" Lake, 25 minutes from the cretan botanical park and also 10 minutes away from the "manousakis" winery, a great visit for our wine lovers.
It is also only 20 minutes away from the town of Alikianos.
Alikianos is a small village located only 12 km from Chania Town. Accessible through the lush green valley of river Keritis, on the way to Alikianos visitors will pass from the stone bridge of the river that was constructed in 1908. This spot is a lovely place to relax and feel authentic nature.
Alikianos is built at the most fertile part of Crete where rich orange trees grow and other green plants. Most of the inhabitants of Alikianos deal with agriculture and cattle-breeding. The town consists of modern and traditional stone-built houses. In the middle of the square lie several war monuments dedicated to the men who fought for the country. A famous sightseeing in Alikianos is the Tower Da Molin that belonged to a Venetian ruler of the region in the Middle Ages.
