from just arriving we went to pool. it was totally disgusting. including waste. my daughter and friends spent almost 2 hrs cleaning it best they could. fridge never worked. we communicated w Carol and ABSOLUTELY nothing was done. we lost over $200 in groceries. cheeses melted, milks got bad, cold cuts etc. Carol always said...someone will come check. NEGATIVE ON THAT AS WELL. No extra sheets or blankets for sofa bed. 2 roaches in bathroom in master. no iron...they delivered one hours later after we had left to dinner. 1 already started toilet paper in each bathroom. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOUSE.

We love Hawks Cay. House was in a great location and we enjoyed our stay.

Nice and clean! We enjoyed the pool! Check in was easy. I will come back if I will visit Key West again.

Very cute Florida Keys home on a really adorable and tropical feeling street. Room to park 2 vehicles in the driveway which was really nice. The backyard was really cozy with a small pool, pool toys, and plenty of seating. 5 min walk to Angler & Ale, a delicious restaurant with amazing desserts and fresh seafood (get the local yellowtail snapper!). Certain things need fixing up but generally a good experience. The neighbors were occasionally noisy but it wasn’t too disruptive during our stay.
