We had a fantastic week at Villa Southern Comfort. The highlight is the beautiful patio and pool area with stunning views to St Martin, St-Barth and beyond — we spent hours there. The villa is super spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Great kitchen and handy having the home office area, with a flawless WiFi connection, if you need to do some work while away (as I did). We loved the peaceful location, but also very convenient for getting to grocery stores, restaurants and stunning beaches. Last but not least, Joyce who manages the property was fantastic! Made us feel so welcome and was so so helpful. We can’t wait to return!!

Our family of 4 loved our stay at Southern Comfort. Communication was stellar before our arrival and we were hooked up with local concierge, Joyce, who was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. She checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was good. Checking in with Joyce was very easy and efficient. The property was extremely private and the huge veranda was where we spent our time. The view of St Martin is simply amazing. It is soooo mysterious and magical, especially at night when it is backlit. There is a constant breeze here which just made the property so relaxing and enjoyable. There was a soft sided cooler available which we used for the beach every day. Both bedrooms cooled at night with their own air conditioning units to make sleeping so enjoyable. Andrew even let us check out a few hours late as we had a 4pm flight and he had no new guests checking in that day. Thank you so much for- we will be back!

What a incredible stay we had. Andrew, Alison and Joyce were a perfect team. Andrew answered every question before we arrived and Alison took over while we were there. Joyce is the local host and was only a phone call away. The pictures described the Villa with accuracy. Finding it was a little bit of a challenge because there are limited street signs. We used Waze app to navigate. The bed and pillows slept perfect. I’ll admit I fell asleep two night into middle the night on the patio because of the ocean waves! The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt safe and at home. We will return. Thank you Andrew and Alison!

Seafeathers is a beautiful and spacious property. My friends and I were looking for a quiet, private home with a pool and view of the ocean. Seafeathers did not disappoint. Our host, Joyce, called multiple times in advance of the trip to see if we had requests during our stay. She arranged a private chef for dinner, and the food was absolutely delicious (cray fish, rice and beans, plantains, grilled chicken, and mixed veggies). We ate out by the pool and listened to the sounds of the ocean. We also found a path down to the ocean from the house and sat there for a bit. The location was amazing, and we were overall impressed.
