The house is beautiful. The host is attentive and responsive and caring. The house is impeccably cleaned every day. They are generous to provide water, tea, little snacks. It is not within the city. Although the house is located outside of the city center, with ten minutes walk you’re already within the center. Many markets are just across the bridge. If you’re a smoker, there is a gazebo where you can smoke. Everything about the house is beautiful. Good wifi and air condition too. A special thanks to Jinny, the host. I wish you well.

Jinny is kind, and responses to massages quickly, always within hours. The house is beautiful and clean, modern and tranquil. it took more than 15 minutes by bike to the center of the moat (old city), and more than half an hour to Nimmana Road. And the first night when I was out to dinner, there was a guy j**king to me on the steer on a motorbike, which was scary. Overall , it worth the price. Thank you for your house.

Great place to stay! Kind and helpful host, very spacious and comfortable, very quiet residential street with a super cafe at the end, and 10minutes walk from a cool part of the river. Thanks Jinny! 🙏

The Eco Cozy House was just what I needed while I attended my TEFL course nearby. It was a peaceful, clean, and great location. You get to experience the local vibe of being in a cute Thai neighborhood close to Temples, schools, and the river while being across the bridge from the old city, close to walking if you want a taste of city life in Chiang Mai. I always appreciated having a nice quiet place to relax and unwind after a busy day. Perfect for celebrating Loy Krathong! I appreciated having a room with A.C. and access to amenities like a kitchen, doing laundry on-site, housecleaning, and all the great restaurants nearby. Jinny, as a host, was always very friendly, sending me local recommendations and being quick to answer my questions and help me with any problems with my time in Chiang Mai. I saw her go out of her way to help other guests on site too always making us feel comfortable and welcomed in her Guesthouse :) The resident house cat is adorable :3
