I recently had the pleasure of staying at the only BNB hotel in Tanjung Tokong for the first time. The customer service was excellent - responsive, well-communicated, and took action on our feedback. The condo's view was amazing, and the space was huge, comfortably accommodating 10 people. The provided stove and two-sided fridge made cooking convenient. For future improvement, adding more lighting for a vibrant effect and addressing the smelly toilet attached to the master bedroom could enhance the guest experience. The fast action taken by the responsive customer service team to investigate and resolve the issue was commendable. Thank you for the prompt assistance. Overall, I was highly satisfied with my stay.
