We enjoyed our stay at The Manhattan Club overall, despite a few issues that came up during our weekend stay. The manager on duty over the weekend of our stay, did a good job of helping find a resolve to the issues, in a prompt manner! We stayed in the Presidential Suite. The room was clean and had comfortable sleeping arrangements, although the suite does not reflect the quality or luxury that would be assumed by the high price point/ rate for the suite. Small amenities and accommodations such as a bath robe or consist daily refresh of coffee/ espresso pods in our suite were overlooked entirely. Which was a bit disappointing considering the Presidential Suite is typically assumed to be “the best” or have a higher standard of accommodation. The biggest convince and perk to staying at The Manhattan Club was that we were steps from Central Park and numerous restaurants, entertainment and easy subway access. The neighborhood/area felt very safe & quiet. Very family/ kid friendly.

The photos of the penthouse floor (floors 27 to 31 are penthouse floors with their own elevators) room where exactly as pictured. Very comfortable bed and very nicely furnished. We valued the microwave and refrigerator as we are not big on eating out. The only drawback to our room was that our wall was shared with the neighboring hotel's service elevators. You could hear it the entire time and even shook our room a little bit at times. However, the ac fan in our unit drowned out that sound and any outside noise. For an NYC stay, it was just fine and good tradeoff. We've stayed in other hotels at a higher price point that were much noisier. The location can not be beat. It is situated very close to Central Park, the theater district (I would not want to stay exactly there), museums and subway lines. There are scores of restaurants, delis and food trucks right there. We were lucky to have had great weather for a couple of days an we could enjoy the outdoor 29th flr patios.

Absolutelly perfect place for our family. Location cannot be better, you are right between Central Park and Times Square - everything is walkable and right there. Penthouse suite is nicely decorated with plenty of room, two bathrooms and nice views 28th floor will give you. Lounge was great for evening drinks and a quick bite. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! Park at their valet they have pre negotiated overnight rate much cheaper than any garage. We will definitely return!

An amazing apartment in a great area. Right across the street from Carnegie Hall, couldn’t have been better.
