Cap off your day by indulging in the culinary delights of the renowned Gunton Arms, just over a mile down the road – be sure to book ahead! Your idyllic escape begins here – where coastal charm meets countryside serenity. Bedrooms: Discover comfort in the 3 bedrooms of Sand Pit Cottage. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the third bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, accommodating up to 6 guests. Bathrooms: Refresh and rejuvenate in the family bathroom downstairs, equipped with bath, full-size shower cubicle, loo and basin. The master bedroom also features its own ensuite bathroom with loo and basin (newly added in 2024!). Living Space: Unwind in the cosy living area with 2 large sofas plus an armchair, complete with a smart TV for entertainment and a woowood-burningd burning stove. Kitchen and Dining: Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and microwave. Gather around the wooden table in the spacious dining area, which provides ample seating for all guests. Outside: Step outside into the sun-trap courtyard garden, complete with a patio area, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ for al fresco dining. Relax and rejuvenate in the large private hot tub, the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the North Norfolk coast.

Great cottage located in a beautiful village very quiet Great Hot tub to sit watching the sun go down Cottage has all you need for a great stay Definitely worth a visit and only 10 minutes away from the beach 🏖️

Beautiful cottage , on arrival , spotlessly clean, kitchen well equipped, great parking , Large lounge, lovely bathroom and huge family kitchen to share meals, perfect for our family of 6 and a baby. Points to make- lg lamp needed in lounge, extension cable for room with sleigh bed as no plug points assessable due to tight space. Disappointed hot tub not filled, will leave a private review for this as messaged and didn’t want to respond to air b and b and spoil our holiday as this was a big selling point for our family. Overall we loved the location and cottage was cosy. Thank you
Lovely cottage in a great location. Dog friendly and had a lovely country feel. Lovely big kitchen space to socialise. We did however find the hot tub to be intrusive and reduce space outside a little too much but that is more of a personal preference matter as we did not wish to use the hot tub.
