Free parking, but a deposit of 200 is required, which will be returned after checking out and getting the garage card Dear guests.We need to let you know that parties are strictly prohibited in our apartment. The apartment building is near the police station. If you drink without permission, we will mercilessly call the police and ask you to leave the apartment. If you just need to stay, we are more than welcome

Kathy's place was in a great location and described accurately, clean and well maintained. look forward to staying here again for any future Melbourne visits
Kathy's place was perfect for our needs. A couple of games of Footy, one at Marvel which is right nearby, and a trip to the DFO. We ran and walked along the river and the views from the apartment were brilliant to wake up to. The pool and spa were great to wind down in. We will be back
