We stayed here in Dec 2023. Check in was straightforward. Unfortunately, we only checked in at 7.30pm and that is when we discovered that no towels were provided. I double checked the listing and confirmed it was supposed to be. Upon calling Ms Bong, she kept telling me that it is not offered and it is not in the listing. When I told her it was, she just said sorry I cannot help because she is not in Miri. No attempt to fix the issue, or even offer compensation to buy new towels. The house is bare and simple. The blankets provided were tiny and useless. The stray dogs outside barked in the early hours and woke us up. Personally, I would warn people not to stay here. No care for visitors shown and feels like a low effort way just to make some money on the side.
