C5 Papa Bear: Our Largest Cabin sitting on the edge where the creek is below. It has a small porch and one of the best views we have. The second bed is a memory foam futon. Great for guests w/ children or who don't mind being close. Dry Cabin. Full private community bathrooms 30 sec away 5Minutes from Homer town and in Kachemak City which has several amazing restaurants, Coles Market, gas station, bar, and liquor store less than 5 minutes away. The end of the Homer Spit is 15 min away. Our yurts and cabins were uniquely designed and built by a local native. Many who have stayed here let us know that it has a “really cool hostel vibe” and we agree! Pets friendly too! (Please read our pet policy in additional rules) The rentals are dry (no running water) but have access 3 private community bathrooms where 2 of which have private, large, and beautifully custom tiled showers that are cleaned frequently throughout the day. Each cabin has: Hepa Air Purifier • Heating source • Electrical outlets • 5 gal water jug with a pump • Water kettle • Dorm Size Fridge • Microwave • Fan The Community kitchen is fully stocked and includes continental breakfast, local coffee, tea, and cocoa. There is plenty of space for parking a boat (free of charge). Guest are welcome to invite friends and family to camp here for a fee . Space is limited so please let your host know at time of booking to confirm availability. Pets are also welcome but must always be accompanied and there is a pet fee of $30. We have 6 rentals. 2 cabins and 4 yurts. C1 – Dragon Yurt: Nestled in the woods this cabin is close to the creek. This is our largest yurt with a true fireplace. C2 – Momma Bear Cabin: Charming little cabin with an electric fireplace C3 – Half Moon Yurt: This yurt is a yurt that was cut in half and put on it’s side. It has a large porch, electric fireplace. This cabin has a small path on the side of it leading to a forest that is ideal for setting up a tent(s) perfect for those wanting to bring more people C4 – Teepe Yurt / Yeepe: This yurt has a lot of character with a large deck and offers one of the best views C5 – Poppa Bear Cabin: Our largest cabin with one of the best views with a small porch, This cabin has the creek right behind it. C6 – Pixie Yurt: Our smallest yurt which is closest to the trail head. The creek is right behind it and you can hear it in the yurt. 2 small chairs outside with a great view. Nestled in a Canyon it is home to the trail head of Canyon Rim Trial Since May 2022 Christina has run and lived on this property. Christina has years of hosting experience and love what she does. The property has been updated and cleaned up when they took over the property.
