Very nice house. Our family enjoyed this little resort type property. Better than anticipated, as one of the recent reviews had us on the fence, but we had an amazing time this week in Cucuta. Great hosts, beautiful property.. great safe location.. 10/10 from me-

Deceptive list of amenities, 3 items were misrepresented in description. When booked and up until I requested the Hot Water temperature be turned up it was advertised as having Hot Water. When I requested it be hotter than 60 degrees I was told no hot water. I sent him the listing showing Hot Water advertised and he claimed it was a mistake and had it removed. Ad also list the Air Conditioning, it does have Air Conditioning in the bedrooms only, the main living space ...kitchen, dining, and living room not even a fan with temperature above 90 degrees. Lastly listed is a Hot Tub and with no hot water and no heater its beautiful be useless. The pictures are very representative of the house, its beautiful and well maintained, gardner and pool service were there twice during our stay. We had a great visit with family but the lack hot water was inconsiderate. I believe the house has hot water and is turned off by owner as they remotely shut all water off 1 hour before check out.

Very nice house. Location in a gated community. Tranquil and quiet. Host is very attentive and responsive. Likely best offering in Cúcuta for a family or group.

una casa hermosa, sus áreas de recreación excelente, su lujo , sus habitaciones muy cómodas con Buenos a/a, algo lejos de la ciudad pero es para no salir de allí.
