Unnegotiables: - Actual location is 2.5km from listing location - They had washed the dishes and emptied the rubbish during housekeeping and at check out tried to charge us an extra 100USD for this. We waited for them to work this out for 3 hrs after check out - All shower doors are missing so bathrooms are flooded after showers - the villa looked like the photos 8yrs ago however all rooms are extremely run down, no tvs in rooms anymore, bottom of doorways rotted away, bathrooms are rusty and stained - rooms not cleaned or ready until 2 hrs after check in time - no communication on where the key is, was told at night that it might be in the letter box Nice to have: - none of the rooms were cleaned during the stay, just piles of new towels in the living room - check in provided no information on anything or even where the key is - would be nice to be told the coal available int he villa would actually be charged at the end Overall it worked for a group of 25, but but very subpar

Great stay, it did look like the pictures. Water pressure a little low but essentially you’re renting a 3 building complex.
