It was a wonderful experience at Moanas place. She was an awesome host who was flexible in check in / check outs and very helpful upon any request. Would def come back here.

Friendly and helpful host but the place wasn't that upto the mark. Had cockroaches and the road outside the society had lots of garbage and dead rats. Also, there isn't a lift so it can be inconvenient to carry luggage all the way to the third floor.

It is indeed a secure gated community and new construction, well maintained. The only consideration to keep in mind is the absence of an elevator, 3 floors without a lift have accessibility challenges.

Nice studio apartment and Mona is extremely helpful and responsive. Good for a few day stay, but wouldn't reccomend it for a longer period of a time
