We had a wonderful stay, the room was clean, well presented and had everything we needed. There were beautiful scones and drinks on arrival, and a lovely welcome from Rosie the little westie! We’d absolutely stay again, the location was perfect, very peaceful, and coming back to chill in the jacuzzi after exploring all day was ideal. Mel was attentive and easy to communicate with, definitely recommend if you’re looking for the perfect base to explore Cornwall from :) Thank you so much Mel!

Excellent beautiful place. Melanie was a great host. when we arrived she greeted us and when we got inside we have a great cream tea and cider. Very clean inside and lovely place to stay. Hot tub was lovely and would definitely recommend staying here.
