Perfect place for a getaway from city life. Offers comfort of home away from home. Also, Akka makes delicious food and coffee is a delight. Nila and Maya, the cats, are always around to keep you company.

Well to start with the place is located in a lush green surrounding. It gives you a homely feeling with it’s aesthetic interiors. It has a small pond, a small courtyard in the centre, a backyard full of tress and plants and lot of antique artefacts. The rooms were cozy and clean. The kitchen was open for cooking if we wanted. The caretaker akka made some delicious breakfast for us. There’s seating area on the rooftop where you can drink some wine in the open or in the hut and chill. It’s outside the city area so it’s really peaceful to be here. Some good Cafés are located at 5-10 mins distance on scooter. The only limitation is that the rooms don’t have AC so when it gets hot & humid outside, the rooms aren’t very comfortable to stay indoors. Overall a nice place to relax away from the city’s hustle. We had a pleasant stay. Marc was super supportive and very warm. He made sure we had a comfortable stay.

Oh my god!! As the pictures says and so do the review..this place is really beautiful and one of kind..I was not able to completely take it in two days as every corner of the house has some story to share, I am sorted for my stay in Auroville this will gonna be my only option.. Marc with his friendly nature making this place more lively and welcoming..and of-course the beautiful Akka and their delicious food ..oh yes and those two kitties they will come till your room to welcome you and want to you to talk to them specially Mila 🐈‍⬛🐈.. I was grateful that with all these amazing things I got to know two pretty ladies and we shared a good bond..one can only take it all when they will feel it themselves…so just go ahead and experience ..that’s it 🤞

we stayed here for 5 nights, Marc was extremely helpful during our chek in and last minute date changes. The place was good, exactly like photos. They provided breakfast, kitchen is well equipped. Only two things that disappointed me is that, you cannot have fun or party with your friends, or have a chat in loud voice, few people living for long term was not so cooperative. Second one is location, it's very private property and road is very much aloof without any electricity, I didn't find it safe at night. Overall good for short stay.
