We’ve had an amazing time in Tbilisi. George and his family have been very kind and accommodating hosts. The house and neighborhood felt very safe and local. It was outside of the noise, but within walking distance of the highlight. Definitely recommend staying here. Thanks again!

Having stayed in George’s apartment for just under 2 months I fully recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Tbilisi. The flat is a really quaint second floor apartment, very spacious with all the necessary amenities: heating, air conditioning (vital during summer), toiletries, kitchen equipment etc… The location was perfect, nestled in a peaceful but lively part of central Tbilisi with all the city's main attractions within walking distance and the metro just a 10-15 minute walk away. Additionally, the house was next to a number of supermarkets, greengrocers, bakeries etc... which made day to day living very convenient. Finally, George was simply an amazing host. He was always quick to respond and incredibly welcoming, taking the time to make sure we were properly settled in and to help us with anything we needed e.g. he helped me sort out my sim card. For the price he is offering, you'll be hard pressed to find a better place to stay in Tbilisi. Cheers George!

The location is dead in the center of the city. So you wont need to walk far to get to the activities and sight seeing. Its very big and has allot of space to move around. The building is old which is a theme for every building in city center. Its located in a safe area with the local bar scene not too far. For the price there are not many places that beat it in center. The beds were a little bit of an issue for me but if you are with a big group it would work out since there are a bunch of twin sized beds. Anyway host was nice and quick to respond and helped when i asked so id give the host a 5 star and the place a four star and the location a 5 star for sure. Its very good location i think thats the main thing. If you have a car parking might be an issue. It was a little hard for me to find parking.

Хорошее расположение, имеется терраса на которой можно проводить время. Всё понравилось, рекомендую.
