We stayed at the cabin again this year for Tip UP Town and had a blast. We love that we can all stay together and hang out together for the weekend. The cabin has all the necessities and is always comfy. The snow/ ice was melting when we got into town late Friday night so there was an issue with a leak but Fillip responded immediately to my messages and we worked thru the issue right away.

Fillip’s listing was accurate for amenities and well informative of check-in and house rules. Our crew was working in the area and fit all 5 guys spaciously. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay here. We had a great time. Plenty of space, hot water, and good wifi. We love how close it is to Houghton lake and the ATV trails, and to the stores and shops, while also being in the woods up north. Our host even had a basket with supplies to make s'mores waiting for us when we arrived.

Love coming to the Cabin, it's our go to when coming to Houghton Lake . This year there were 8 of us and we had plenty of room for everyone. We went to tip up town for a little bit but spent most of the time hanging out at the cabin playing games and drinking beer. The cabin never disappoints. it's always clean and comfy and feels just like home . Fillip is awesome with communication. Looking forward to our next visit !
