I was super impressed with this stay in North Park. The beds were SO comfortable, something I’m super picky about, and we really loved laying low on the couch with Netflix. I also loved the little grass courtyard in the back to rewind once the sun came out mid afternoon and at the end of the day. The location was convenient, personally didn’t love north park, but the surprising coziness of our Airbnb really made up for the teeny letdown of location. Amazing Thai place delivers- Bangkok Spices! Get the yellow curry. Mmmm

So happy we found this spot in a great neighborhood. Evan’s instructions for our stay were clear & he checked in to make sure everything was going well. He was very responsive & answered my questions. The neighborhood is great! Everyone we came across was friendly & we felt very safe which is important when traveling with a little one. The house is located in walking distance from a lot of cute restaurants & shops. Only con is one night there were people parked on the street & the noise of slamming car doors was very loud. Thankfully this was the only night we had an issue. If you’re traveling with small kids I’d advise bringing a sound machine to drown out any random noises that may take place as they seem to echo. The rooms were all clean & it was spacious for us. The backyard area is a shared space I think between the homes in the back & this one. Overall would highly recommend this home for ease, comfort, & accessibility. Thanks for a great stay Evan!

Loved this spot and it's location to all of the activity and things to do in North Park. The parking spaces were a huge bonus, since street parking is hard to come by. The place was clean and uncluttered and was the perfect quiet spot to come back to after days touring around San Diego.

Evan’s place was great! The beds were comfy, the rain shower was great, and the location was perfect! We were within walking distance to North Park and Balboa Park!

Extremely clean when we arrived! Very good location if you have access to a car to get downtown. Otherwise there are still many great restaurants etc. in North Park within walking distance. Bed and furnishings are comfortable and the apartment has a crisp aesthetic. Highly recommend!
