I was staying for a week in Weston-Super-Mare, for work. The flat itself was in a good location. It was clean. However there were issues. I spent the first 2 nights having to go to bed fully clothed, as well as wearing a big winter coat as it was so cold. I mentioned this to the host. An engineer was sent to look at the problem. From what I can tell, the problem was that the thermostat was not responding to the boiler as it had an error code on it. The error code was still showing when I left, I just used to temperature on the boiler for the rest of the week, which worked. I did, however, end up with a really bad cold for the last 4 days of my stay. Also, I was given 3 wifi routers to connect to on check in. One of the routers never showed up for me to connect to and the other 2 were either too weak or far away from the flat to actually use so I ended up using all and any data I had on my phone for the entire week. Not happy with my stay. Definitely not worth the money I paid!
